A mouthwatering savoury tart made by skilfully combining 24-month aged Parmigiano Reggiano and select ingredients.
In our recipe, the flour, butter and almonds are mixed with the cheese to create the perfect balance of flavours.
Crumbly and delicious, it’s great as an appetiser or at the end of a meal.
The best way to eat it? Perfect as a dessert on its own and simply delicious with a few drops of traditional balsamic vinegar or with our creamy erbazzone paste.
PARÈ Sbrisolona is made to strict standards, exclusively using 24-month PDO Parmigiano Reggiano, and approved by the Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese Consortium.
