PARÈ is a product made to strict standards, exclusively using 24-month PDO Parmigiano Reggiano, and approved by the Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese Consortium.
INGREDIENTS:
Wheat FLOUR, 24-month aged PDO PARMIGIANO REGGIANO 14% (MILK, salt, rennet), skimmed YOGHURT, sunflower oil, flavouring, black summer truffle 1.8% (Tuber aestivum Vitt), salt, summer truffle juice.
